Directives to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), and other media bodies to develop campaigns aimed at raising awareness about the seriousness of violations under the POCSO Act and laws concerning rape, as well as the societal repercussions of these offences.

The Supreme Court observed that a few States and Union Territories had still not submitted their responses regarding the issue and postponed the hearing to December 2 for additional evaluation.
